Mechanical Cutter
Our bakery mechanical slicing system is designed for portioning industry standard 18” x 30” traybake products such as shortbread, flapjacks and brownies.
As the product is automatically transferred between the two cutting positions, the length and cross cuts are performed quickly and seamlessly. Interchangeable stainless steel blades allow for various portion sizes, while the interchangeable blade assembly storage allows for a quick changeover.
