Newtech launches new eSONIC machine

We are very excited to release the eSONIC – for those customers who know that they need to automate their food portioning but don’t have the budget for an all singing, all dancing comprehensive system.

The  flexible eSONIC uses ultrasonic cutting technology to accurately portion tray bake and round cakes, pies and quiche to your specifications.  This compact, stand-alone solution requires minimal floor space, is easily movable to suit your production requirements and is simple to operate using the user-friendly colour touch screen.

This machine can be adapted to your needs, with easy-to-edit  programs and a range of blade options available.
