newtech may use a third party company for facilitating the distribution of marketing emails in accordance with your email preferences. In these instances, we would add a distribution list to their portal containing your name and business email address only. This data would be stored on a secure server and only for as long as required in order to provide the email services to Newtech. This server may be outside of the EEA. Emails sent in this way may use web beacons (single, invisible 1×1 pixel images that are downloaded when emails are opened). The web beacon itself does not contain any personal data but allows us to monitor whether emails have been correctly received, opened and clicked on, and to improve the overall email experience we provide.
