For your new machinery to work at its best, we offer a range of expert services to suit your requirements.

Whether you require additional training and consultancy, face-to-face or remote support, or assistance with spares and repairs, we can provide the help that you need to ensure that your business runs smoothly, preventing unnecessary delays to your production line.

Through our global supply chain and the use of remote technology, we can be there to help wherever you are based. We will even board a plane to attend in person if we need to.

Consultancy

Ordering your state-of-the-art machinery from Newtech is not the end of the line for us; we will work with you for as long as you need us to ensure that your machinery is operating effectively for your business.

We will deliver, commission and program your machine and provide initial training so that you can get started in as little time as possible. And if you require further training at any point, you can purchase additional service days as and when required.

So, whether you need to train up new staff, provide refresher training for employees, or you require assistance with reprogramming when increasing your product range, we can provide expert consultancy services when you need them.

Support

We include 12 months’ support as standard with our initial contracts. After this, you can choose an additional support package to suit your needs.

Our standard Service Plus Agreement gives you expert telephone and remote support. We can also offer local support through our global supply chain. We will even jump on a plane straight out to you if we need to.

Spares

We know how important it is to prevent major interruptions to your production line, and so we would always encourage you to purchase spare parts with your initial machine purchase so that they are available whenever you need them.

Additionally, spares can be purchased at any time; just contact us to discuss your requirements and we will make sure that you are covered for any eventuality.
